Sea World

Our last activity while we were in San Diego was Sea World.  We definitely saved the best for last.  This was our favorite out of everything we did, well except the beach of course.  We loved every thing about Sea World.  We spent hours and hours and hours there and could have stayed longer if they weren't closing.
Papa Smith, Parker, Jas and Ava waiting for the Shamu show to start.
 Grammie Smith and Hannah.
When the whales got up on the platform our kids were screaming and clapping.

Check out Ava's serious face.  She was mesmerized.

Then we went to the Dolphin show.  This was Hannah's favorite show we saw.  Probably because they had a princess story that went along with the entire show.

Hannah said, "I want my next job to be a riding dolphins job.  I asked what her first job was and she said "Being a princess."  Nice.

Parker's favorite show was teh seal and walrus show.  He thought it was the funniest thing in the world.

The girls waiting patiently to go on the Elmo ride.
Jas and Hannah riding the Elmo "piggy" ride.
Ava's favorite part of Sea World.  The Sesame Street area.  She LOVED it and yelled, "Abby and Elmo!!!" the whole time.

Avy was speechless when she saw Abby.  She was waving like a crazy baby and had the widest eyes.  It was great.
Hanging out with Grover and Elmo.
Ava wasn't too excited about ginormous Elmo.  She didn't cry, but she wouldn't go near him or sit with him.  She did say, "Bye Melmo."  When we left.
Going down the raft ride.  Ava was snoozing so I stayed out with her.  They had a great time until someone soaked them with the water gun.  Grammie Smith was screaming so loud, it was hilarious!

Grammie and Hannah went on this crazy ride.  It made me sick watching it, but Hannah loved every minute of it.  Good thing we had Grammie there to take her on all the crazy rides she wanted to constantly go on.
The Dolphins were awesome.  They are definitely show offs.
This big ol' guy has the life.  He just sits out and chills in the sun all day.
My favorite part.  The sea turtles.  They were so amazing.

These two turtles were over 150 years old.  Holy Moly!  Hannah called them the Grandpa and Grandma turtles.
The kids got to pick up starfish again and they loved it just as much as they did the first time.
Onto the Beluca whales.  The kids thought it was crazy a whale could be white.

Parker loved Sea World, he just loves anything that deals with animals.
The big lazy polar bear.  The girls were trying to talk through the glass at him.  Ava kept yelling, "Up Grrrr."
Going for a cruise on the boat.
Our little babes.
Sea World was so great!  Our trip to San Diego was amazing and we had such a wonderful time.  We were so happy that Papa and Grammie Smith came with us and the kids loved spending one on one time with them.  We made great memories and can't wait to go back!!
