Lets Color

Is Winter over yet? We want to play outside! We were super bored the other day after school and I think we all had some winter/January blues going on, so I brought out the butcher paper and rolled it out on the kitchen floor and we all colored for a good hour. The kids love when we do this.

For Christmas Miss Ava got a little dog and kitty that she is obsessed with. I drew a picture of her dog and she ran and got her toy and put it next to the picture and then sat down beside them. She just kept pointing to her dog and then the picture and saying, "Mom, Woofie."

Oh and yes PK and Hanny are in their PJs. When they get home from school they change back into them. Silly kids.

There are a few things you should know about PK:

1. He is very artistic

2. He has a great imagination

3. He loves to create new things

He is really into Lego Bionicles lately and this was his "own" bionicle creation he made. He was pretty proud of it. He makes me laugh with the things he comes up with.

We went on the busiest day EVER though. The kids didn't care that it was crazy busy though, they still loved every minute of it.

Note: Lots of pictures of Ava and Hannah. PKwouldn't hold still long enough for us to take pictures of them. So, Ava and Hannah were the Jumping Jacks models.

Ava wasn't a huge fan of the blowup slides. There was way to many kids and it was making her nervous. So she lived on the carousel. She wouldn't get off.


Hannah got in on the action too.

I can tell Emma is really enjoying this ride. Ha Ha. Funny girl.

Hannah has named this horse Rosetta....shocker. Since all her dolls, stuffed animals and barbies are either names Rosetta or LuLu.

Game Time!

Jason's Fam was here last weekend. We had a great time just hanging out, eating lots of yummy food, watching movies and playing games.

We stayed up late one night and played some games, believe me when I say we were laughing so hard that the next day my face hurt from all the smiling and laughing!

The Best Meal Ever

We had chili for dinner the other night.

This is what I heard from the kids...

Hannah, "This is the Best Meal Ever."

Ava, "Mmmmm...num...mmmmm...Num."

Then there is Parker, "Yuck. I hate chili. Gross. I want a waffle."

At least two out of the three kids were happy with moms cooking.

I think Ava was enjoying it. she kept putting her whole face in the bowl and eating out of it.

I promise, I have taught her to use a spoon.

Mom's Helper

Ava loves to help me unload the dishwasher. She runs right over when she sees the dishwasher door open. She climbs on the door and unloads everything one by one.

She will grab a cup and say, "Mom." I take it from her and then she tells me, "Kanku." Which is Thank You in Skishy talk.
