Summer Fun

One of our favorite things about summer is watching our kids, our family and our friends enjoy the sun and have a little fun. Jason's sister Lisa and her two kids David and Emma were here visiting last weekend. Parker and Hannah love Dave and Emma. The four of them have so much fun together. We went over to my parents house to let the kids play in the backyard. The four of them loved having races and I loved taking pictures of them. Watching little kids run is seriously the funniest thing. I love it!!

Hanny running is hilarious. While she is running she is constantly looking back. We really don't know why she is doing it or what she is looking at. We have officially called it, "The Swim Run." Because it looks like a swimmer coming up for air while doing laps.
These two pics of the kids running are my FAVORITE. I love the top one because their bodies look so cute and the pic below because they were all smiling & laughing while they were running. LOVE IT!
We went to Windsor Park last week to have some fun with our friends. The kids loved seeing everyone and had a great time.
Here is Gabe swinging away!

Parker insisted on calling the ladder up to the slide, "Jail Mountain."
Here is sweet little Cole. I wasn't fast enough taking his pic, because a few seconds before he was gripping onto the chains of the swing for dear life. He is such a Cutie!
And here is the daredevil. I was over mingling and I look up and here is Hanny climbing up. She thinks she needs to do whatever Parks does. She is our little Monkey.
We are looking forward to having some more fun this Summer. We are headed to Idaho and Bear Lake next week and we can't wait!

Swimming At Nana's

I have great memories of swimming at Nana's. I guess my favorite memories of the pool are just being with my Grandpa Fry. He was such a big kid. He taught me, Linz, and Ry all how to swim, do flips into the pool, he played shark with us and I remember dancing with Grandpa and him singing to us. It is great that my kids get to make their own memories of swimming at Nana's.
We went swimming with my cousins, Angie and Mandy and their kids Kaylee & Saydee.

Parker is learning to go underwater,
this time he got a little too much water in the face!

Saydee, "The Bathing Beauty"

Hanny's cheeser!

Our friends little boy, Finn. He was having a great time.
What a Cutie!
Jas, Hanny and PK havin' fun!
This is Kaylee and this was her first time swimming.
She looked so cute in her little bikini. Also, check out all her hair, she is so darling!

Thanks everyone for a great time at the pool and thanks Nana for being such a wonderful Grandma and Great Grandma. We don't know what we would do without you. We Love You!!

Bring It On Princess! - Is Back!

**Ok so I talked to my sis-in-law & she was like why did you take it off, it's funny. So I guess I shouldn't have felt bad for putting this on our blog, because really the one of me on hers is horrible too. So for everyones enjoyment, here it is again.**
Let me start off by explaining this picture. This is my sister-in-law, what is she doing you ask? Well, you blow air out of your mouth and your lips flap up and down and during this process you take a picture of yourself.
Now why am I posting this on our blog. Well, because today I went to her blog and she had this hideous pic of me doing this same thing. So, I thought it would only be fair if I did the same thing to her that she did to me.
So yeah, Lis I hope you enjoy this lovely pic, which Parker calls, "The Monster."

We Love You Lis!!!!

Our Home

Here are a few pictures of our new home in Spanish Fork. Things are going good and moving along fast. We should be in our home by the end of August.

We pulled up to the house and Parker says, "I don't want to live in a doll house." I had to explain to him that the house will not stay like this, he was happy to hear that.
Every time Hanny sees the house, she says, "Yook, my house."
The kids are excited and ready to move in.

We will keep you posted as our home progresses.

Fun With The Smith Clan

We went to Preston, Idaho to visit Papa and Grammie Smith and to see Parker and Hannahs cousin Kayla be baptized. It was a wonderful baptism. Congratulations Kayla!
PK and Hanny had a great time hanging out with their cousins. They all played so good together and were constantly laughing.
Here are a few pics from our weekend:
Braylee and Hannah just chillin'.
Parker aka Cowboy loved this bike of Davids and he loved this hat. We have been trying to get him to wear hats since birth and now he has decided that this hat is his favorite. Jas will be upset, since he is really wanting him to wear a Chicago Cubs hat.
He sure does look cute though.

Lexi, Parker, David, Kayla & Braden

OFF THEY GO FOR A BIKE RIDE!

David (aka Superman) was showing us his firework skills

Hanny with her first sparkler. She loved it!

I think this may be the last picture we get of Parker with Sparklers, a few seconds after this picture was taken, one of them burned him. He was not to happy & refused to do any more fireworks. He also decided that watching fireworks from inside the house is a lot better. Because, in his words, "They don't try to burn your hands off when you are in here."

Thanks Smith Clan for a great weekend for all the fun and all the laughs!!

These "Pink" Boots Were Made for Walking....

Hannah loves her new pink boots. She calls them, "My pretty oots." We went and visited Papa and Grammie Smith in Preston, Idaho and she insisted on wearing them each and every day we were there. She loved getting her picture taken in them and kept looking down at them when she walked. We think she is looking pretty dang cute!

A pair of pink boots and one cheeser of a smile, makes one cute little girl!

We thought it was time to join the Blog World

We thought it was about time we join the Blog World. Hopefully this will help our family and friends see what is going on with our crazy life and let everyone see our little ones grow up.
We will start by letting everyone know updates on our two little ones.....

Hannah will be two in August. She LOVES Dora, babies, doggies, shoes, eating, dancing, purses, swinging, Daddy, and her binki. She is silly, adorable, goofy, busy, curious, loves to give kisses and huggies, is into everything, very sweet and definitely Mommy and Daddy's Little Princess. Her laugh feels our home with so much Joy. Our family wouldn't be the same if we didn't have our Lil' Hanny.

Parker (aka T-Rex) will be five in October. He is definitely our spunky, noisy, very talkative, messy, hilarious, loving, smart and amazing little boy. He thinks he is a dinosaur, he eats like one, walks like one and talks in dinosaur "roar." He keeps us on our toes and is constantly making us laugh. He loves books and wants to dig for Dino bones when he grows up or study volcanos or go to the moon. He hasn't quite decided yet. What would life be without PK......definitely boring.

Jason and I are doing great. Jas graduated from BYU last December and is now working for IM Flash in Lehi. He loves his job and we are very happy we were able to stay in Utah. I am a stay at home mom and love it. I love watching Parks and Hanny grow up and seeing all the funny and amazing things they do each day. I do work part time from home and enjoy that as well. But, I am grateful I get to be with my little rugrats every day.

We are currently living in Provo, but are building a home in Spanish Fork. (will post pics of home later.) We are so excited to finally be in a home of our own. We should be Spanish Forkers by the end of August. We are so looking forward to it. The kids are excited to have a backyard and to get a dog. We will see about the dog.

We hope this blog will help all our family and friends get to know the Smith Fam more and take a glance at our crazy, hectic, fun, enjoyable life!
