Thanksgiving with the Smith Clan

This Thanksgiving we went to Preston, Idaho to Jason's parents house. We were there for five fun filled days. The whole Smith Clan was there. So of course we laughed, played, shopped, ate way too much and made many memories. All the kids were absolutely fabulous. Ten grandkids all together and not one fight. Oh the Joy!! They all had so much fun together and my kids cried when they had to leave. Parker loved hanging out with his cousins. Parks, Braylee and David all slept in the same bed, watched movies, played Power Rangers, laughed until all hours of the night and thoroughly enjoyed eachother. Hanny loved playing with all the kids, her and Emma had so much fun together. They loved playing babies and barbies. Laying in our bed and watching Beauty and the Beast over and over again and reading books. These are the times that I love and I am so happy that my little ones are making wonderful memories with their cousins. Thank you all for a wonderful weekend, we had so much fun. Thanks for all the laughs and memories. We Love you all and miss you already!!

Emma and Hannah, Two Peas in a Pod. Cute, Funny Girls!

Parker, David and Lexi waiting patiently for our meal to come. I kept them busy by taking a million pictures of them.

The Annual Preston, Idaho Light Parade. The kids loved it. Everyone decks out their cars, trailers, four wheelers with lights and they cruise down main street. It is really cute and fun.

Hannah in her snowsuit was one of the cutest things I have seen in a long time. We were calling her Ralphy (from the movie Christmas Story) because she couldn't barely walk and she couldn't put her arms down all the way. It was hilarious.

Waiting for the parade to start in the freezing cold weather. Good thing they were bundled up tight.

Hannah our little Snow Princess.

Braden, Alexis and Parker having fun at the Light Parade.

One of the floats in the Parade.

Best Buddies! Parker and David giggling and having fun as usual.

Grammie Smith watching the light parade. That is the float that Santa was on.

Scott, Sara, Kayla and Alexis all bundled up watching the parade.

We had a cousins party at H.K. and Angela's House. Thanks guys for putting on such a fun little party for the kids, they loved it. All the kids draw names and get eachother a gift. We let them open their presents at the party. Papa and Grammie Smith also got each of them a pair of PJ's, so everyone had new jammies on and looked so snuggly and cute.
Here is Parker with his cherished Star Wars Transformer.
Hannah received the cutest doll and she absolutely adores it.
Cousins Sleepover. They all slept in the basement of Uncle H.K. and Aunt Angelas house and watched the Polar Express. They had treat bags and lots of candy. They all loved it.

I am thankful for so many things. I have a wonderful husband, who is not only cute, funny, but the best daddy and friend any one could ask for. He puts up with my crazy habits, my excessive decorating and shopping. He loves our children so much and is always doing fun things with them. Thank you Jas for being so wonderful.
I have a wonderful family. My parents are amazing and are always supporting and loving me and my family no matter what. My inlaws are wonderful as well, I love that I married into a great family. They also love our little family so much and do so many great things for us.
I have wonderful friends. To my girls, who have been my friends since we were five. I can't thank you enough for the laughs and the memories. You are all wonderful. I am grateful for your friendship and now it is so great that our children are becoming friends.
I am thankful for a warm home and a bed to sleep in. For a car that I kind of like, sometimes, but hey it runs. For Jasons great job, so that I can stay home with my kiddies and see all the amazing and funny things they do each day.
I am thankful for this wonderful country that I live in and the freedoms that I have.
It may be weird, but I am thankful for Coke, because without it I would wake up groggy and onery every morning. Bless the people that invented it, I thank you. :)
I am thankful for my kiddies. I love you Parker for your strong headed, funny personality and always making sure you keep me in check.
I love you Hanny for your cute puffy rosy cheeks and your princess cheeser smile and for saying the funniest things every day. You two are the reason I wake up each morning.
But most of all I am thankful for my Savior and his wonderful Gospel and for making my life so wonderful.
I love this time of year!!
Happy "Belated" Thanksgiving!

It's Begining to Look a lot like CHRISTMAS!!!

So, only 41 more days until Christmas. Start your shopping! I couldn't take it any more, so I have already decorated. Our tree is up, I want to bake yummy things and watch Christmas movies. Now, if it would just snow. Christmas only comes once a year, so you better start early. If you don't, it seems to pass by so quickly. So, Merry "Early" Christmas!

BRING ON THE HALLOWEEN CANDY!

Happy Halloween!
So, I know Halloween was last week and I am a little late at posting, but I had to post some pics of my kiddies. Parker was Captain Jack Sparrow and Hannah was Tinkerbell. Parker let us draw a beard and mustache on his face and he looked great. Hannah insisted on wearing her pink cowboy boots and her pink pearl necklace. So, she was Cowboy Tink, I was calling her Ghetto Tink. But either way she looked darling and so did Parker. They had a great time Trick or Treating in our neighborhood with all their friends and then we went to Papa and Grammie Olsons and Trick or Treated there with Carter and Shantell.

Bring on the Candy!
Three Cuties! Carter was a monkey & he looked sooo cute.

Shantell, Carter, PK & Hanny. Shan was dressed like a vampire & she had real vampire teeth that the dentist made for her. She looked great.

Hanny & her friend Olivia.

My favorite pic. Pumpkins aren't just for collecting candy, they make pretty good seats too. Plus, I love Parkers smile in this pic.

This is one Cute Captain Jack.
Tink & Pink = Cutie Pie

We hope everyone had a fun & spooky Halloween!

Parkers Birthday!

Parker has a Birthday...shout Hooray!
That is what PK and Hanny have been singing as they patiently waited for Parkers birthday to arrive. Well it finally came and we did shout Hooray because Parker is now FIVE. The thought of me having a five year old is both crazy, exciting and scary. He is growing up so fast. He is constantly making us laugh with his faces and his knock knock jokes. He is so smart, can remember things that we did two years ago, we can never trick him because his memory is way too good. He loves to learn (he gets that from his dad). He loves his little sister and his family. He is such a joy to be around. The past five years have been filled with so much fun, love, struggles, and laughs. Each day at 7 a.m. when he screams at the top of his lungs, "Mom, get up!" Makes me love him even more.
We love you Parker and can't wait for many many many more years of your wonderful personality and smile.
Happy Birthday Bubba!

Parker had a Halloween/Costume Party for his Birthday.
He was Captain Jack Sparrow.

Here is Captain Jack and Hanny Tinkerbell waiting for all the kids to arrive

He had two birthday parties. One with his friends and then the next day one with his family.

Blowing out the Candles! We asked him what he wished for and he said, "I can't tell you, Hello."

Happy Birthday Parker!

Thank you to all our family and friends who thought of Parker on his special day and making him feel loved. You all went above and beyond to make him feel great. We love you all!
