Parks and Hanny were getting cabin fever, so Jas and I decided to venture outside and let the kids ride their bikes. They had a great time and couldn't stop laughing and smiling. I love kids in helmets, they look so cute! It was nice to go outside, but unfortunately Parks and Han are now really sick with horrid coughs and yucky noses. Parker coughed so hard last night he nearly lost his voice. So, now we are stuck inside getting cabin fever again watching Star Wars and every Princess movie known to man. Spring and Summer can't come soon enough.
Many Many MANY more posts to come!! So stay tuned! I am determined to get caught up!

Enough is Enough!
Last night was a crazy night. Jason left for work around 4:30 p.m. I was not very happy about him leaving, because at our house it was a complete blizzard & needless to say I was extremely nervous. He works in Lehi, which of course was absolutely horrible last night. Jas ends up getting stuck on the freeway and then stuck on SR 92 for five hours. I don't know how, but he was able to reach a freeway entrance and made it safely home. I am just grateful he is a good driver. I would have been on the side of the road bawling, cause I am such a baby when it comes to driving in snow. He said things were so bad out there and people were driving like maniacs. Which of course, is not helpful. It is not Nascar in snow people, SLOW DOWN! Annoying!
We woke up this morning to more snow. Yahoo! Not. ENOUGH! That is all I have to say about snow at this point. ENOUGH.

Hannahs Namesake
I was looking at my little Hannah today and wondering what kind of woman she is going to become. I have so many hopes & dreams for her. I hope she is strong, faithful, loving, giving, ambitious, daring, courageous.....oh the list goes on and on. Then I thought what a lucky girl she is to be named after women who are so wonderful.
Hannah Kathryn
Hannah is my Great Grandmas name, she was a beautiful, smart, strong woman.
My grandma is also named Hannah, she is a loving, patient, funny, smart, beautiful, giving woman, who has a heart of gold. I have been so lucky to have such a wonderful grandma.
Kathryn is my mothers name. Oh my mom, what can I say. She is great. I love her personality, her laugh, her creativity, how giving she is. She shows so much love to everyone. She is strong willed and hilarious. I thought it was only fit to give Hannah the middle name Kathryn. She shows traits from her grandma already, the hair twirling, the loud "Fry" laugh.
Catherine is my Grandmas sisters name. She is also a wonderful, loving, funny woman.
So, my little Hannah was named after four amazing women. Grandma, Mom and Catherine, you all have had such an impact on my life and I hope that my Hannah Kathryn knows that she was named after women who were strong, true, ambitious, giving, faithful, funny and loving.

The Wicker Chair
I have had this wicker chair for as long as I can remember. Who knows what the original color was, but for the past 28 years it has been white. The cover on the seat has changed over the years depending on what room it got put in at my parents house. My mom asked me if I wanted it and I just couldn't pass it up because I had that wicker chair in my bedroom growing up. Well, white in my house wasn't going to cut it, plus where was I going to put it. So, with some advice from my mom and $8.00 dollars in spray paint and $1.00 dollar in fabric, it became a nice chair for my living room. I just finished Hannahs bedroom furniture, I will post pics of that soon.
Now, I need to find something else to refinish or I am going to go stir crazy!
