The day after Thanksgiving we walked down to Main Street to see the lights and watch the light parade. The kids love it, it is short and sweet but always fun.
Look at all these cute kids bundled up for the parade. Oh and check out Papa and Grandma Smiths house! Love it. The guys did such a great job getting all the lights up.
Hannah and Ava checking out all the lights. Ava kept yelling, "Mom yook booifuls!"
I love Avy in her big ol' snowsuit.
Walking to the parade.
Walking down Main Street.
Braylee, David, Parker and Hannah waiting for the parade to start.
Miss sleepy eyes.
Colton is sleepy too.
Braylee, Emma and Hannah. These 3 had tons of fun playing together. They all get along so well.
Parker, Braden and David. I love how David is the only one smiling normal.
These babes are crazy!
Daren and Mandi's crazy faces! Hilarious!
Ava walked around this pole for about ten minutes. She is pretty easy to entertain.
Before the parade started, they lit off a few fireworks. All the kids loved it, except Ava. She kept screaming, "SCARY!"
Hannah with her favorite person in the world, her Daddy.
Emma and Miss Ava
Our cute family
Brett, Lisa, David and Emma
Daren, Mandi, Stephanie, Braden, Braylee and Colton
Lil' Skish looks like she has had it. She was sick of waiting for the parade to start.
When the parade did start, all she did was wave and wave and wave.
Poor little Ava, she looks all sorts of tired or loopy in this picture.
Finally the parade started.
Ava's favorite float/car she was going crazy and yelling, "Plane."
Hannah loved this one, we were laughing because it the funeral home float.
Then we saw Santa and Ava yelled, "No No Ho Ho!" She isn't a huge Santa fan.
After the parade we headed to the towns art museum and watched Kayla, Lexi and Scott play the piano. They did a great job! Oh and Lex, I love the goofy ears hat!
Parker and Ava look thrilled to be there. At least Sara gave me a smile.
We always have so much fun at the Festival of Lights. Can't wait until next time!
