My Mim aka Mom had her Birthday on July 2nd. Nothing like spending your birthday camping, huh mom?!?!? I slaved all day and made this yummy chocolate cake and baked it over the roaring campfire. No, no, no...the wonderful bakers at our grocery store did and it was super yummy. We also had moms favorite icecream, Rocky Road. The kids thought it was hilarious that we were singing Grammie the Happy Birthday song around the campfire.
