Parker's Baptism

Parker was baptized on Saturday November 6, 2010.

He is now a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Jason did a fantastic job baptizing and confirming Parker. The blessing he gave Parker was incredible and the spirit was so strong.

My sister Lindsey gave a talk on the Holy Ghost, which was great and so heart felt.

Jason and his dad sang, "When I am baptized." They did a fantastic job.

After the baptism, we went back to our house for lunch.

Parker chose the menu, it was all his favorite things to eat.

My friend Becca made these adorable and amazing sugar cookies. Parker was so excited, since sugar cookies are one of his favorite treats.

Believe me, they taste as good as they look!!

Parker was so excited because his cousins David, Emma, Kayla, Lexi, Scott and Sara were able to be at his baptism.

We are so proud of you for choosing to be baptized and becoming a member of the church. This is such a wonderful opportunity and a very big step in your life. We know you will do many great and marvelous things in your life and that you will grow to be a strong young man. Keep listening to the still small voice, pray daily, attend your church meetings and read your scriptures each and every day. Doing all these things will keep you strong and on the straight and narrow path. We also want you to always remember that our Savior and Heavenly Father love you and will always be there for you.
