Disney on Ice

Last Saturday we took the kids to see Disney on Ice. All week we told them we had a big surprise for them and I gave them three clues to try and guess what it was:

1. It is really loud

2. It is very colorful

3. We have to drive a while to get there

So, they weren't the easiest clues, but if I said there is ice, Mickey Mouse is involved and we are going to Salt Lake, they would have guessed right away. They never guessed, which made it more fun.

We picked up Carter at Papa and Grammies house and left Ava with them. That poor baby is still sick. We went out to lunch and then we hopped on the trax and headed up north.

I made Miss Hannah these cute Mickey Mouse hair clips. She was so excited to wear them. Every where we went people were telling her how cute she looked. Of course, she was lovin' that!
Here are the 3 cuties on the trax.
We got to sit in one of the boxes that Jasons work has. The kids were so excited to have their own bathroom, cool seats, tables, chairs, drinks...they thought it was pretty cool.

Parker and Carter waiting for the show to start.

The set up.

Here they all come! Hannah and Carter were screaming at this point and clapping out of control. They were so so so excited.

Getting ready for a birthday tea party.

Mickey doing his "Fantasia" magic on his broom.

The glow in the dark brooms.

Hannah's favorite, the Disney Princesses. She had the biggest smile on her face when they skated out on the ice.

Han's favorite, Belle. Jas said that the prince looked like Fabio. He kind of did with his long blonde pony tail.

Hannah turned to me during this part and said, "Mom, isn't this so romantic." I love that kid.

Enjoying a treat.

The kids and their swag. They got spoiled.

Proof that we were there and not just the kiddies.

Cotton candy time!

Parker's favorite part, when they lit the ice on fire.

The Mulan dragon.

Toy Story, which was Carter's favorite part. He kept yelling, "Buzz, Buzz Lightyear, you are on my shirt, look up here. See, you are on my shirt!!"

Woody has mad ice skating skills. We were impressed.

The Grand Finale.

Group Pic! The show did not disappoint, it just made us really want to go back to Disneyland. It was so magical and the kids loved every minute of it!
